  This may or may not require an on-site visit . At a minimum, we provide a targeted assessment of your business. Most often, this plan will include a financial and spot store analysis along with 1-2 profit center evaluations.
  Three months free telephone follow-up is included.

• 2. Profit Center Overhaul

  This plan will include one on-site visit. We will provide a financial and market analysis. A complete store and 3-4 profit center evalutions will be provided. We will also include a Strategic Plan and a Follow-up assessment to ensure results.
  Six months free telephone follow-up is included.

• 3. Full Business Makeover

  This plan includes ALL the services listed. We will provide the complete range of services offered in order to work with you in a full business overhaul. Most importantly, a detailed Strategic Plan will be developed to define the starting point and the target point in which you want your business to achieve.
  One year free telephone follow-up is included.

Is there any contact after the On-site visit?

MPC Coaching is on-going. It lasts beyond the on-site visit. The store owner has constant support, dialogue and feedback with the coaches.
